Hello Will

Huge number of completed sets. If some are prewar, the more impressing. Glad to see a new member

Will,

Greetings...and welcome to a tremendous site. Enjoy!

The number of complete sets you mention is amazing...great job chasing down all of that cardboard.

Quick question...which set (that you've completed) is your favorite?

Happy collecting,

Eric

My oldest complete set is 1943 R302-1. It's probably the most inexpensive prewar set, and definitely the ugliest.

I'm at 26/50 on the N162 set. I don't have the Anson, Kelly, or Sullivan, but most of the other big names (Brouthers, Beecher, etc).

I used to have a complete C56 hockey set in low grade. I sold it off when I graduated college though.

Most of my sets are post-1980. Everything from 792 card Topps base sets, to 10 card Upper Deck insert sets, to those worthless 1980's Kmart boxed sets. Everything is in albums, which takes up a TON of space.

The only reason I bust modern wax is to build sets. I sell off all the "hits" to recoup cost.

Here is my favorite modern set. 2009 UD Goodwin Minis. Pretty faithful rendition to the original N162's
