They had slotted pages with windows for viewing the cabinets images. You ordered them from Pach Brothers and could specify which cards besides the typical photos of every student that you wanted. Sometimes they are sports heavy and sometimes they are not, depends on the person who ordered it. Seems like he got a nice one!

Those are Beautiful cabinet cards. My only two pick-ups this month so far are these two photos. The first is an autographed 1947 shot of Cookie Lavagetto. It was taken the day after he spoiled Bill Bevins’ bid to throw the first no hitter in World Series history. I thought it ironic that Bevins’ 8 2/3 innings were not even mentioned in the slug. ( "The Cookie Game") The other is of the 1932 Cubs outfield.

1920s WB golf trophy. high end bronze type statue. to me it looks like Bobby Jones. nice photo 1890s, And a stellar roberto clemente.
