WOW! That makes no sense. Do a buy back program and just reinsert the cards with a border if you want to do some type of insert in the packs. It is strange to see cards produced in the 2000s with autos now cut up and just showing the crotch of the player with his signature.
For instance here is a 2008 card cut up for a 2012 release but now you don't get to see his face. !E9s2f!qCMBQ9(LLV03w~~60_57.JPG)
