I had seen this previously as well, and sent him a message through eBay asking why he thought it was "Honus" Wagner? Was he simply guessing because of the last name? But then after seeing that he purchased this card not to long ago, I figured he was a crook looking to scam some novice collector. So my conclusion is he's both, a crook and an idiot. That's a bad combination, I almost feel sorry for him.

Well let's face facts. To post a listing at the original price with the assertion that his research says that it is indeed Honus, crook or idiot are the only options there are.

I politely disagree. I don't think Crook and Idiot are mutually exclusive to each other. I think he is both.
