I think it might be just a bit too late Given how the Skins/Seahawks game is looking so far. 5 of us(assuming my count is correct) are in pretty good shape to go 4 for 4 in the Wild-card round.. And 2 points better than I did in the entire pool last year

Yeah, I guess I spoke too soon before I gotta wonder what the Skins were thinking. Even before that bad snap and RG3 collapse, he looked absolutely terrible. He clearly wasn't healthy. Cousins should've been in a lot earlier. Also, I don't think I've ever seen that many bad snaps. It seems like every other one was coming out low or just flat-out off target.

What happens in the event of a tie? Do we split the shirt in two?

Thanks for the quick results Frank. Looks like a ton of people got all four.

I like Seattle; that's a really good football team.

I'm definitely rooting for Seattle the rest of the way. I'm a Bears fan, and hate the Packers, so that's easy... Aside from that, when I was younger, I played baseball with a kid named Chris Maragos who ended up walking on at Wisconsin and made the football team, and then signed as an undrafted free agent in 2010 with the 49ers - and now is with the Seahawks.

I wish I would have seen this before the games started!

Just for fun, I'll pick the winners for this week:

New England Patriots
Denver
Green Bay Packers
Seattle Seahawks

Some storylines that I think we'll all be hearing:

Oh no! We made a mistake with Kaepernick! (After he is intercepted multiple times, and faces pressure he isn't used to.)

Atlanta can't win a playoff game.

Oh well, 3 out of 4 - I should lose a point for not realizing that the Bengals haven't won a road playoff game since.....ever.

You are a child of the universe,
no less than the trees and the stars;
you have a right to be here.
And whether or not it is clear to you,
no doubt the universe is unfolding as it should.
With all its sham, drudgery, and broken dreams,
it is still a beautiful world.
Strive to be happy.

Default Tie Breaker explained

There's is a tie breaker over/under contest for the Super Bowl. Closest guess to the total points in the Super Bowl wins the whole shirt.

Duplicate guesses in this round will not be allowed.

Only those with a chance of winning, who will be identified in advance, will be entered in the over/under event.

If this doesn't break the tie (one entrant 2 points over and one entrant 2 points under), I guess we'll have to split the shirt. Over gets the left side and Under gets the right side.

That should work. It's better then my solution of a three day battle royale.

Talkin smack: Kaepernick goes down, Alex Smith steps in and goes 13 for 16 but the Niners fall short... Smith traded to Jets for a 2nd round pick but the Jets still go 6-10 in 2013-14...Peterson rushes for 2173 yards...Obama cuts everyone's tax bill.. and then I woke up and saw I went 1-3 betting the 'dogs on Net 54...what do I know...

Default Lights Out for SF

I know that the fat lady hasn't sung yet, just Beyonce, but it's not looking good for a SF tiebreaker finish to the pool. Interesting that the lights are out on the San Francisco side of the field.

Frank,
Thanks for doing this, it was fun! Figures the team I win with is my least favorite (I am a big Steelers fan).
