My guess is that there will be a reserve that is too high and it will not sell.

You guys are probably right. The seller is probably just "testing the waters" to see what it would bring in todays market and the reserve will be through the roof.

Who knows, maybe I am completely wrong.

Either way, I can't wait to see the bidding on it!!

I believe this is owned by John Rogers from Arkansas who does not need the money. As stated, he is probably just 'sticking his toe in the tub.'
