Chris, my opinion is anyone who offers for sale a Mantle, DiMaggio signed ball/picture with a high price tag should have a certificate of authenticity. I would pass on the photo signatures and most UD certified Mantle balls. Here is a PSA certified picture Identical to the one I posted. I like this one.
