I use a combined approach.

Nice condition- Penny sleeve in a toploader.
fairly nice, but worn corners - Penny sleeve
Complete beaters- nothing, unless there's something like sticky tape residue. Then it gets a sleeve.

A handful of nicer cards get hardholders.

Based on some of what I've seen from your collection, I wonder if I shouldn't change my approach to storage, lol.

By the way, I've tried submitting a reply to your private message, but it doesn't seem to be going through. It might be because I'm a new member (though I can't find anything in the rules about private message limitations), I don't know. But they're not showing in my outbox.

No offense was taken, my friend Thank you for your input!

And thank you to everybody else that has replied. I'm wanting to buy some nice stuff, so I just want to make sure they are protected!!!

By the way, is there a specific maker for these Card Savers I should be using? Ultra Pro maybe?

I buy large groups of Card Saver Is from Columbia Sports...when purchasing in larger quantities, they seem to have competitive pricing for the supplies they offer.

I purchase mine from Cardboard Gold. Fair price, and I get them usually within a couple days.

I bought a case recently for submissions to PSA, and have plenty of extra boxes. Sounds like you will be needing a full case, though. And I can't compete with these guys on shipping prices.

I keep an eye out for old bicycles at yard sales and clothes pin them to the spokes.
