I think there are a few guys doing 86 Topps Registry sets. There is a thread on it over on the CU registry forum. I would think 10's would be real tough to get in that year. I have looked at a bunch of them that I have and those black borders are tough.
I opened a rack pack box a while back and those cards were nicer than ones from a wax box I think. I still have 6 or 7 wax boxes to open as well. I was going to try to make a nice raw set for myself one day. Maybe that will be a winter project. LOL I am partial to this set because 86 Topps was the first packs I remember buying and opening. I didnt really get into baseball cards until I was 10 years old.
