Some department of theirs send me an email on October 28, saying my items would be shipped on 'open account', without waiting for payment (I paid immediately, regardless). I don't think they let their shipping department know, as I believe I'm in that same long line that everyone complains about.

No biggie, I'll just wait and then in another couple of weeks, send my usual email to Chris. I only posted here out of curiosity.

Just got my items shipped today. Paid 14 days ago. Way too long

I have had a couple of issues in the past, and Heritage has been VERY responsive once I reached the right person to help.

For anyone still having a shipping problem, try contacting Mike Provenzale, who runs their Operations for sports, and was extremely helpful to me. His email is mprovenzale at ha dot com.
