They are a fairly large company and I guarantee their shipping dept. wouldn't know your name from my name. My winnings were less than $500 total. Give them a call and ask them about it....

Some department of theirs send me an email on October 28, saying my items would be shipped on 'open account', without waiting for payment (I paid immediately, regardless). I don't think they let their shipping department know, as I believe I'm in that same long line that everyone complains about.

No biggie, I'll just wait and then in another couple of weeks, send my usual email to Chris. I only posted here out of curiosity.

I have had a couple of issues in the past, and Heritage has been VERY responsive once I reached the right person to help.
