Why have a MC on a 1? By registry standards, that card would've been the equivalent of a NEGATIVE 1. Something doesn't quite make sense about that..

It still would count as a 1 on the registry.

9Q = -2
8Q = -2
7Q = -2
6Q = -2
5Q = -2
4Q = -2
3Q = -1
2Q = -1
1Q & 1.5Q = no deduction

cool. I didn't know that they stopped deducting at some point... So according to that list, a 1.5Q counts higher than a 2Q!!!

That's frigging goofy! A 1.5Q is higher on the registry than a 2Q and a card which is almost a 5 (excellent) and grades 4Q is the same as a card which is close to a 2Q but barely scrapes a 3Q???? Weird...
