Catcher poses
Started collecting 7 MLB catchers to get type cards: Roger Bresnahan, George Gibson, Red Kleinow, John Kling, Chief Meyers, Gabby Street, and Ira Thomas. Have most of the types I'm interested in for these players now. Still purchase Chief Meyers S74 colored silks whenever possible.
Then I focused on catcher pose cards in the 1909-1911 Obak sets, 1911-1912 Zeenut sets, and 1912 Home Run Kisses sets. Need only a few more from each set. Also picked up most of the B-18 White Infield catchers when the type cards came to a hault. Now looking to add C46 Imperial Tobacco catchers, and some T210 Old Mill catchers. Top of my wantlist: Munson Old Mill Cabinet, Johnny Kling Plow Tobacco card, and Carl Horner Cabinet of one of the 7 MLB catchers. Patrick Last edited by Vintagecatcher; 10-10-2012 at 05:23 AM.
