That's a fantastic cabinet, and I guess it was the condition that kept the price down. Aren't those images the exact same ones found on the 1894 Baltimore Orioles pin?

You're right Phil, the Alpha set for sure.....maybe that's what I was remembering. But it could be the pin also.

The image is a lot darker than any of the other examples I found online.

Yes they are, except for Gleason whose face on the card is a drawing.

yep - I too was an under-under-under bidder...didn't know it would go so high (stupid me).

I do have an interesting 1894 Orioles piece in my collection that I was hoping someone could help me out with. I purchased it from Rhys about a month ago and is labeled as a Supplement. Any thoughts as to authenticity and/or whether it is actually from 1894?

Derek if you bought that from Rhys you can be almost 99.99999999% sure it's real and labeled correctly.

Packs I am guessing that its a fake then since the tint of the color is to dark on this one
