I thought it was because the check hadn't yet passed.
There's the old story about Salvador Dali. At a dinner party, a man showed him his Dali print and asked it it was genuine. With the people watching, Dali proclaimed it a fake. Later in the evening, Dali pulled aside the man and said he had made the print but had yet to be paid. Once he was paid, then it would be authentic. Last edited by drc; 10-03-2012 at 01:00 PM.
