unless you leave them lying on your coffee table, sitting by a glass of wine, I think you are safe with the plastic sleeves within a tobacco top loader. That's how I do it.

I mention the glass of wine because I have trashed a few documents due to that type of error.

Card Savers do a really nice job keeping your card in place, so it does not damage the corners. Also, if you ever plan on sending the cards to get graded, I recommend using the Card Savers. They prevent your card from getting damaged in the mail.

I use a sleeve inside a regular toploader. Plus a handful in T card snaptite holders, and a couple in really old hard holders, the folded lexan type.

I don't use cardsavers mostly because they won't fit in the shoebox boxes.

And the 4 row boxes won't hold the toploaders anymore.
