Great card...I always thought the D381 series really showed the true face of baseball at the time, and quite often it wasn't very pretty. These guys played out in the sun all day, most of them looked like they had never seen a dentist or brushed their teeth on a regular basis, or looked like they just had Ty Cobb jump, spikes high, into their face, like Mr. Egan here. Show off some other rustic players from this set.

check signature line... I'm almost finishing updating most of the Fleischmann scans from my collection. Each player gets his own pic now instead of being grouped by fours. It is a lot easier to view each player.... Great cards guys, keep em coming!........

If you're looking for some tough/odd/interesting looking guys, check out: Grover Alexander, Wheezer Dell, Larry Gilbert, Hank Gowdy, Doc Johnston, Mike Mowrey, Chief Meyers, Dode Paskert, George Whitted to name a few.
