Signed vintage postcard of HOF pitcher Jesse Haines
Picked this one up today....
 I definately recognize the image, but does anyone care to speculate on the age of the postcard? Unfortunately, I don't have it in hand to look at the back yet... Thanks!

It looks alot like the 1921 Exhibit co. If it is there will be nothing on the back

Correct its a later life signature of Haines, If the exhibit is not a reprint there is currently an unsigned one on e-bay that the fellow is asking $150.00 for So nice snag !

Great pick ups everyone. i have one question?? not meaning to be an ass but why is mike shannon on that heroes STL card? he is a hero of topps high #'s
and thats about it.

I know it's not baseball, but I have so many memories of watching his monologue on Friday nights with my grandmother when I was a kid.
Ladies and gentlemen... Heeeeeeere's Johnny!   I really love the fact that it's signed on a napkin and that the person that got it dated it (spelling Johnny's name wrong). It adds to the charm of it IMO. Last edited by scmavl; 08-25-2012 at 06:40 AM.
