David is still alive and well! Not only did I see him at the net54 Shindig, I had an opportunity to view his Smoky Joe Wood painting freshly off Graig Kreindler's easel.
Smoky Joe looked spectacular! David, If you get a chance to check in, it was a genuine pleasure meeting you! Best, Scott Last edited by Scott Garner; 08-14-2012 at 08:15 PM. |

I met David for the first time in Hawaii a few years ago and had breakfast with him in Baltimore at the National. He is a great guy! He posts here on net54 once in a while... I will send him a PM to tell him you were asking about him....

Greetings, Net54sters.
The move from Hawaii to Canada last year knocked me on my butt. All the exigencies and pilikia of moving across an ocean and an international border have made the hobby take a back seat. Still lurk on the site to see all the perty baseball cards and to keep up with who is beating the crap out of whom. Was a real pleasure to meet up with all you fellows in Baltimore.
