we have not decided on the lot by lot or entire auction status yet, but we will be strict adhering to the only allowing bidders to bid after hours who have placed a bid prior to closing.

I hope you can keep the BP at 10%. I remember most of the auction companies started out around 10 or 15% and raised it as time went on. Now it's about 17-20%. I know Mears started at 10% I think and now I think they are 15% or more. Still a couple good guys out there with NO BP holding there own like Inside the Park Collectibles and Paragon. Good luck with your auctions as I know I'll be registering.

And our members should know that Ken is going to be an advertiser on the board through some email blasts and/or banners. As most know these kind of front page threads are reserved for our valued advertisers. Other auctions and businesses should post in the Buy/Sell/Trade (BST) section in the appropriate category. I should mention too that Ken and I just had a really good phone conversation and I am excited about him being a member of our board. It is always good to have well respected and seasoned hobbyists join us in our reindeer games. regards
