This thread has given me an idea for my old autograph book, previously posted in part on other threads. The autos were personally obtained by me after 1957 Phillies Spring training games, when I was 9. The most noteworthy (and valuble) are Campanella and Stengel. The Campanella auto cannot be separated from the Alston auto and the Stengel auto has some competition from below as well. There may be other autos on the back of the page as well. There are roughly 120 autos in the book.
The photo posted is a Los Angeles Times file photo I pulled off a Google image search. Questions 1. Are file photos readily obtainable from newspapers? 2. If I can get a copy of the photo, should I consider a display as those in this thread? 3. Or should I leave the autograph book intact? 4. Either way I am not selling, but would the value of the autographs be enhanced or diminished by doing this? What would you do?

If you cannot get the photo from the newspaper try the HOF library.
