First World Series ring for Ruth was in 1927.
Ruth received a pocket watch along with the rest of the Yankees in 1923. First World Series rings were the Giants in 1922, but again the Yankees gave out pocket watches in 1923. Ruth wore other rings in his lifetime. Arguably the most sporty being a big single pink topaz and gold ring from Ford Motors, via Halper - but that was believed to be from the 1940's when Ruth did promotions for Ford.
