Demeanor makes me thinks its 2 different individuals agree ears dont match, mole seems to match though 2nd pix a bit fuzzy. I say no!

The ear lobe in the right hand shot is a shadow. The second gent does have the same ears and I believe it to be the same gent. They are both attached ear lobes.
