I can't seem to find it.
I'm guessing it didn't sell (clubhouse/high reserve)? I know that this seller purchased everything from the estate, so he must have tried to sell it on Ebay first. Even without the Dean ball, I still see some upside. |

He told me they were selling everything for a friend or something. But yeah the ball had a reserve and it didn't meet it. I think the ball only ended up going either 300 or 400. He had two really nice Heubach statues but he ended it early and told me that the lady he was selling the stuff for sold them to her relative.

Interesting. Well, I'm pretty comfortable dealing with the guy after this first deal. That does seems a bit low for the ball, if genuine. Of course, a PSA/DNA letter would help the cause.
Thanks for the scoop. |

What a coincidence! I just saw that "Brooklyn Baseball Cantata" at a local auction yesterday. I looked it up, from 1948 valued between $10-$20.

Sweet! There are a lot of interesting items here...even if most are lower valued.
The sheer number of programs is what caught my eye. Everything else was gravy. |
