Oddly enough, despite appearing to have skinny borders, the card does seem to fill up the entire space allowed in the PSA holder. I don't see much of a gap, if any.

Hmmm...I see plenty of daylight between the card and holder?!?!

While there is a slight gap on the top and the right side, it appears to be minimal -- nothing out of the ordinary for a typical T206 inside a PSA "tomb". The left edge of the card and bottom edge are right against the plastic portion of the holder. Here's an enlarged picture, with red lines drawn over the edge of the plastic in the PSA holder. I guess we'll have to agree to disagree here, but I do not see plenty of daylight inside of that holder.

The right edge does appear to have an odd curve to it, although that could likely be the scan.
