It sure looks like a 1936-37 BF3 Felt Pennant. I sold 21 of them over then past 10 years. So, I don't really get to see too many of these.
I remember these pennants had individual player names and some had team names. They averaged about $20 a piece but I am sure they were in varying conditions. That's all I know about them. They are definitely nice to add to your collection.
