What is considered to be "Lefty" Groves rookie card?
Posted By: Richard C
Greetings, what is considered the rookie card of "Lefty" Grove? I have always thought it was the 1932 U.S. Caramel card. Look forward to some replies. |

If repetition was a crime most of us would be guilty. In any case here is a list that was on not the last thread about this subject, but the one before that. |

I believe on of the links on this site will take you to a website that will tell you want is thought to be the rookie card for all HOFers. I'd suggest making use of that resource. |

well, hell then, let's start a thread a new thread for every HOFer, asking what their rookie card is. Why bother checking a web site when you can waste time and space here. |

Is a minor league card, say PCL, considered a "rookie" card? If so I'll answer for Bancroft...it's his 1912 Zeenut. |

Sorry Zinn, minor league cards are pre-rookies or "prookies" as the board refers to them. Can anyone else help me, I really need to find this stuff out. |

Since they are all HOFers, they can't be HOF cards unless they were issued after they were inducted into the HOF |
