Default FedEx Redux

I won't bore everybody with the painful details, but Fed Ex has done it again and failed to deliver a package containing some nice cards, including a '52 Berk Ross Mantle, which were retrieved from the Fanatics vault. Fed Ex claimed it was delivered and signed for but won't show proof of delivery even after I went to their main delivery depot in my area. I do have a case file and am proceeding to file a claim.
I have reached out to Fanatics to see if the package was insured, which surely it was, but cannot get past the chat bots. Does anybody have a tel. no. for them where I can reach a live person? I believe there is a sales rep assigned to my account but his name has been lost.
Any help much appreciated.

I hate to say it, but check and see if a company has good customer service (at least a human answered phone number) BEFORE you trust them.
