Free to a kid: small 1978-1982 collection
I was asked to evaluate a small collection of cards for an original collector friend. It was roughly a couple dozen cards primarily from 1978-1982 commons and HOFers - more stars than commons. Plus one ‘79T hockey HOFer (not Gretzky). Lower to midgrade. Didn’t really fit my collection … but to help this person out I offered either $5 or to give it to a kid for free. They chose option #2. So here it goes. Mystery collection - mostly baseball package. Shipped free to the first kid who would like to claim it.

I think you need to hash out your offer a bit. Everyone on this site 'identifies' as a kid, so some 47-year-old is going to end up claiming it from you.

Hi Scott. my 11 year old son would interested in this group.
This Summer he has really been more into collecting and I even have him working on his 1st complete set, by going through a 5000 count box of 1986 topps I had, figured a good start to set building and if damage a card when putting in the page there are probably 50 more of the same card. Thanks Jim
