Free to a kid: small 1978-1982 collection
 

I was asked to evaluate a small collection of cards for an original collector friend. It was roughly a couple dozen cards primarily from 1978-1982 commons and HOFers - more stars than commons. Plus one ‘79T hockey HOFer (not Gretzky). Lower to midgrade. Didn’t really fit my collection … but to help this person out I offered either $5 or to give it to a kid for free. They chose option #2. So here it goes. Mystery collection - mostly baseball package. Shipped free to the first kid who would like to claim it.

I think you need to hash out your offer a bit. Everyone on this site 'identifies' as a kid, so some 47-year-old is going to end up claiming it from you. :D

Hi Scott. my 11 year old son would interested in this group.
This Summer he has really been more into collecting and I even have him working on his 1st complete set, by going through a 5000 count box of 1986 topps I had, figured a good start to set building and if damage a card when putting in the page there are probably 50 more of the same card.
