OT Paypal is having payment problems
Just wanted to let the board know that Paypal is experiencing problems with their payment function.
Long story short, I tried paying another board member for a purchase with Paypal and their system won't allow you to type in any email address/account to send payment. I have spoken with Paypal on the phone and was told that they are aware of the issue and trying to fix it. The Paypal employee said that other people were experiencing this problem as well.
