Default T206 Hall Of Fame Back Set -- I finished!

It took me five years, but I finally finished my t206 HOF back set and wanted to finally display it! It includes all the backs with a HOFer on the front except a brown Lenox and a blank back, which didn't come in packs (so I can justify not needing those toughies for this quest to be complete). The Young portrait is rough but it was my first t206 from my Dad so I kept it in the line rather than upgrading it. Although I have all the backs, I am trying to add the final Young (glove) pose in place of the Sweet Cap Marquard throwing so that the run will then include all the Cobbs, Mattys, Johnsons and Youngs (the back run currently includes 11 of these 12 big ones).

A huge thanks to Chris Browne for making this awesome grid for me. Also thanks to the many board members who sold me or traded me cards over the years (Bobby O'Brien, Mike Healer, Stefan W, Chris Buckler, Mac Wubben, Tim Cathey, Martin B, Mike Brailey and I am sure there are others I am forgetting). I have never bought a card in an auction or at a card show. Other than the Young portrait from my Dad, all of these cards came from this board (either on BST or trades/sales with board members that I met here) or from eBay.

This has been a lot of fun and pretty challenging. Not sure what's next for me.

Best,
David R

Nice job! Looks great!! You might consider all available backs for each HOF pose -- would be tremendously expensive and time consuming!

Great job. Beautiful collection. Lots of tough backs in there. Congrats.
I remember when a board member had that BL460 available. Almost pulled the trigger....

Well, for the next few days, you could just sit back, relax, and enjoy looking at that sweet collage Chris made of your back run. What a great image of a fantastic collection.

Congrats, David! Good luck and have fun with whatever is next.

Great effort David, having a card from your Dad in there makes it even better!

Great job, very well done. I like that you kept the Young portrait that your father gave you!

Thanks everyone for the kind words.

My wife is very accommodating of my collecting but she didn't really understand or appreciate the accomplishment in the same way as all of you fine gentlemen. I showed her the grid and this thread and she mumbled something about wearing underoos. Oh well.
