I didn't really have a goal entering 2011, but I did reach a small milestone....I reached (and surpassed) the 50% mark on my T206 SGC50+ set. I am now at 281.
I have two wall display cases for my T206 that each hold 50 graded cards. My goal for 2012 is to finish the first 100 (alphabetical) cards for T206 and display them in these cases. Right now I need 11 of the first 100. This will be a little tough in that the first 100 alphabetically have a lot of HOFers and some tough SLers. The first 100 feature (3) Mordecai Brown, (4) Frank Chance, (1) Chesbro, (2) Fred Clarke, (1) Eddie Collins, and most of all (4) Ty Cobb. So, in 2012 I would like to get all 4 Ty Cobbs in SGC50......that will cost a pretty penny. Probably $5K - $6K.
