That is similar to what my '54 Aaron looked like a few weeks back,
I sent my back for a refund because of the frosting, The dealer sold it again within 48 hours, so some people are not aware. I had frosting on 2 sides and some stress marks, ask yourself - on a card this expensive, who messes with the holder? You have 2 options: 1) send to PSA yourself and ask them to reverify 2) send back for refund Option 1 will cost you money
