With a feedback score of only 18, if you neg her, she can just close her account and open a new one.

This account was opened on June 18th, 2000...I wouldn't really call her a newbie even though she has only 18 feedbacks in 10 years. I'd be willing to bet this isn't her only account.... someone probably got to her and she sold it at a higher price off ebay.
