There are reprints of the Dietsche set. I'm not sure how hard they are to detect, so you may want to do some research first. Great starter set though, despite the difficult Cobb "fielding" pose.

The c1910 PC796 postcard set is another interesting one to start out with and will keep you busy for a long time. Many HOF'ers and much more reasonable than the Novelty Cutlery, Rose, etc. from the same era.
