Odd vintage trade card - questions

According to my little bit of research Dr.Jaynes started out around 1827, so 85 yrs after that, which is what the item says on the back, would make it circa 1912...hence my 1910's designation. This is informal research. It's kind of a neat little piece....I think value is about $50-$150.....
