Should "Over 300 Subjects" be Listed on the Flip of M116s?

Paul - the card I submitted and made the request on was a Hal Chase which was issued initially with a regular back and then re-issued with the more difficult "Over 300 Subjects" back. Not sure why SGC wouldn't do it if I specially requested it - it's certainly not inaccurate.
