Yep that is "Raw Meat " Rodgers --a 1933 article in the Los Angeles Times says the Bill Rodgers was the coach of the Des Moines club in 1931 and 1932. The story was about E. Lee Keyser of Des Moines and Tris Speaker acquiring the Kansas City Blues. Bill Rodgers was to be an excutive with the club.
