SGC will slab certain cards as authentic if requested (such as trimmed cards). I dont think that they will slab cards that have been tampered with in other ways (such as rebacked, colored, etc) though Im not sure. SGC will grade cards with pinholes (as will psa I believe), that have been written on, etc.
