What a caramel card must look like to an acid head

Gilbert, notice the vague answer. He says the card is real, whihch is true. You will get a real card. But he doesn't directly address if the card is an authentic card from the era. I am sure his answer that the color is the way it is because it got wet is also true and he probably knows this fact becuase he was the one that got the card wet.
