Just an update.
Apparently my computer was lagging/needing some work as I just had everything re-done including new hard drives and a bunch of other things done that is beyond my scope of computer knowledge. Last Wednesday night we had a huge thunderstorm and a boomer went off right above our house I swear. Woke everyone up instantly and messed with/fried my computer. Computer guy said we had a brown out where our power was cycling back and forth, to which he stated, is real hard on them. I Googled the heck out of this eBay problem and read where lots of others over the years have had the exact same problem. Lots of tips but none ever helped. Anywho, all good now, thankfully.
