eBay bidding delay?
 

Curious if anyone has ever dealt with this before, and if so, what did you do to correct it?

On my watch list, it will show, for example, 5 minutes remaining. If I click on the individual listing/card, it'll read 5:20 remaining?

I lost out on a card I wanted the other night. Just as I was going to hit submit, with around 10 seconds or so remaining, the listing ended.

I've restarted/logged back into eBay but the same thing happens all the time now. I have never noticed this before and I'd say it started acting up like this about 4-5 days ago.

Any help would be appreciated. :)

Just watched a card end. I pretended I was going to bid by bringing up the appropriate screen/section and watched the card end even though it read I still had 16 seconds remaining to bid.

Seems like it is getting worse, not better, as the card I missed out on the other night ended with less time remaining. :confused:

Just an update.
Apparently my computer was lagging/needing some work as I just had everything re-done including new hard drives and a bunch of other things done that is beyond my scope of computer knowledge.

Last Wednesday night we had a huge thunderstorm and a boomer went off right above our house I swear. Woke everyone up instantly and messed with/fried my computer. Computer guy said we had a brown out where our power was cycling back and forth, to which he stated, is real hard on them.

I Googled the heck out of this eBay problem and read where lots of others over the years have had the exact same problem. Lots of tips but none ever helped.

Anywho, all good now, thankfully. :)
