My guess is Authentic Altered.
The right edge appears to be of more or less uniform width. The left edge appears noticeably wider near the bottom than it does near the top. That's typically a bad sign. Unaltered cards tend to have an "equal and opposite" quality about them regarding border width. In other words, that left edge would match up with a right edge that exhibited an equal, opposite slope.
