I have never bought or consigned with them just curious
The disclosure part and the reason as the 2 big questions for me. 1. Do we really know if they did not advise but just not well or truly if no notice. 2. IF no notice how do we know if it is truly because of not enough bids (ie did we call and that is what they told us) or if it is technical reason or not. Then as an aside has anyone reached out and gotten any responses from them one way or another.
