Worth trying a crossover with a min grade of 9. Card is gorgeous, but looks a touch off-center to me (45/55 left to right)? Card is properly registered, no notable print snow/defects, clean back.
If it was mine, I'd pay the cost to send it in at the SGC 9 value level to see if it would cross.
