A lot of the players I use are players that played for all the teams that have a single color--like Jesse Chavez for blue teams, or Fernando Rodney for green teams. Players that played every position like King Kelly or Bert Campaneris also come in handy. It seems like people in general don't know a lot of the Negro League players, so I tend to do pretty well with those. Got my lowest score of 1 with some Negro League players in grid 396. |

So I was wondering what the lowest single answer/square score people have seen is.
For grid #103, there is a square on the bottom right for Hall of Fame and /300 Avg. season. If you answer a really obscure player, like John Clarkson or Clark Griffith you can get a score of .0004%, which works out to 1/250,000 which is how many people completed grid #103. Of course if someone else were to choose John Clarkson or Clark Griffith, the score would theoretically double. Has anyone seen a lower score than .0004%? I feel a score in the 20"s is quite respectable

Surprisingly, there is only one HOF player buried in the state of Virginia (I live in VA). Jud Wilson of the Negro Leagues is buried in Arlington Cemetery. I will have to check it out. I wonder how many other cemeteries have multiple HOFers like the one in Cambridge? |
