I think the consignor must have insisted on an opening bid of $2k on the PSA1 John Ward (in full dress) OJ. There were no bids and LOTG and the consignor both lose out. I believe that is a $750 card. Shame.

The card is really nice for a "1". It's one of those "1"s that people would take at the right price. The pin hole at the bottom isn't that glaring of an issue. Very nice image. Only thing is, nobody wants to pay a premium for a "1" grade on a common HOFer (even with a nice image).
