Sounds like more questions to ask the buy here...
1- Did the buyer sign for the package?? 2-Should be proof of whom signed for it from USPS. RIGHT?? 3- Maybe his neighbor got the package, ripped it open not noticing it was not his?? 4- Is the buyer asking for a refund/ items missing?
