I am also firm believer it’s absolutely worth it.

Query:
How timely is the data these days? For example, if an auction closed yesterday, will the data be there today? Or is there a small lag? A week? A month? Hopefully not more.

Highly recommend using VCP. They have been very quick to fix any inaccuracies that I come across.

I used to subscribe when I was buying more. As I moved from set collecting to just buying a few higher dollar stars or rookies, it became less useful and like others, I used the 24 hour subscription as needed. Since PSA started tracking prices of cards they grade, I haven't used VCP. If you buy a lot of SGC cards, I can see where it could be worth it.

Ebay Chinese auctions post within the same day of ending. Fixed Bin's and BO's post once the time set by the seller expires. Out of our control an API issue Other auction houses usually post a day or two after ending when we run a final script. |

I've bought something in March off of Goldin that still doesn't show with last sale in 2019. Would guess it depends on how it's listed too if they are scraping the data.

Does anyone have a promo code for VCP ? I would like to get the year subscription but any discount would be awesome!

No code, but to the OP question, I literally used it 10 minutes ago, and it guided me away from what I thought was a good price here.

We try to grab everything but as you all know eBay is not the friendliest of companies to work with and always trying to do some underhanded sneaky things...if we miss something you bought less then 90 days then the link is still live so if you tell me then I will gladly add it. Same for all other AH's send me a link and we look into why it was missed and add it.
In regards to a code you don't need one there is a free 1 week trial period for both Monthly and Yearly memberships. Thanks everyone for the good words and support we try as hard as humanly possible...never a lack of effort at VCP |
