As an occasional seller I love the program and found a way to make even cards that sell for under their $250 threshold go to the authenticators.
I get it a bit more for Topps cards etc., but as a buyer of rare and unusual cards that the graders don't know jack about, it's a titanic pain in the rear. At least 30% of the cards I buy on eBay are described wrong because it's a rare and obscure card and the seller doesn't know what they have. I am not a fan that an incompetent grader that has no idea what they are looking at gets to decide if am allowed to actually purchase a card of my own free will.
